-Please be advised that our bed and breakfast has one room (Master bedroom at the Lake House) that is handicap accessible; however, the rest of the rooms do not offer disability accessibility. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are happy to assist with alternative arrangements if needed.

-Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times during their stay. We appreciate your attention to their safety and comfort.

-Smoking and the use of vape pens are strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.

-Cancellations must be made by 4:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid charge of 1 night's stay on your credit card.

-At The Hammock Moore House, room rates are priced without breakfast, whereas the Lake House includes a homemade breakfast for up to two adults per room. Please contact us if you need to make any adjustments.
